ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid said on Saturday that idealogical Zarb-e-Azb had been launched to fight the extremist mindset.
Talking to journalists in Islamabad, he said that all resources would be utilised to fight extremist tendencies and promote tolerance. Academic syllabus for educational institution would be improved for this purpose, he said.
Commenting on the ongoing Zarb-e-Azb military operation, he said that the operation was launch to fight against the terrorists, adding that it had achieved tremendous success as terrorist network had been dismantled and they were now on the run.
